Change of mind returns (14 days)

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to tell us you’d like to return it.

Once you’ve told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your blanket must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition you received it, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Change of mind return postage: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be accepted.

Damages, defects, and wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at hello@elizabethvere.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

Where a return is required due to a fault, damage in transit, or an error on our part, we will cover the return postage costs and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Sale items (unless faulty)

We may also refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, use, or are not in a resalable condition (unless faulty).

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different blanket, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take longer to process and display the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after we’ve approved it, please contact hello@elizabethvere.com.
